1. Imam Jalalludin Suyuti (born in 849 Hijri) ne apni kitaab " Husnul Maqsad fi Amalil Mawlid" mein Jashne Milad un Nabi صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ manaane ko jaiz kaha.

2. Mulla Ali Qari - (1014 Hijri) ne apni Kitab "Al Morid ul Ruvi fi MaulidinNabi صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ " mein Jashne Milad un Nabi صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ manaane ko jaiz kaha.

3. Muhaddis Imam Ibne Jawzi (born in 510hijri) ne Jashne Milad un Nabi صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ manaane ko jaiz kaha - kitab - Ibne Jawzi, Al Milad un Nabi.

4. Imam Shamsuddin al Juzri (660 hijri) ne Jaiz kaha -kitab - "Husnul Maqsid fi Amalil Mawlid"

5. Imam Nawawi ke shaykh Imam Abu Shama (born in 599 hijri) ne Jashne Milad un Nabi صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ manaane ko jaiz kaha - kitab- "Al Baais Ala inkaril Bada val Hawadis" and "Sublul Huda val Rushad by Imam Salihi.

6. Imam Zahbi (673 hijri) ne Jashne Milad un Nabi صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ manaane ko jaiz kaha - kitab -"Sayer ul A'alam van nubala"

7. Imam Ibne Kaseer (701 Hijri ) ne Al Bidaya wan Nihaya main Jashne Milad un Nabi صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ manaane ko jaiz kaha.

8. Imam Shamsuddin bin Naseeruddin Damashqi (777 hijri) ne apni Kitab "Mawridul Saadi fi Mawlidil Haadi" main Jashne Milad un Nabi صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ manaane ko jaiz kaha.

9. Imam Ibne Hajar Asqalani (773 hijri ) - ne Jashne Milad un Nabi صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ manaane ko jaiz kaha - kitab - "Suyuti - Husnul Maqsad fi Amalil Mawlid"

10. Imam Shamsuddin al Sakhawi (831 h) ne Jashne Milad un Nabi صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ manaane ko jaiz kaha - kitab- "Sublul Huda val Rushad by Imam Salihi

11. Imam Qustulani (851 hijri) ne apni kitaab "Al Mawahib ul Laduniya" main Jashne Milad un Nabi صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ manaane ko jaiz kaha.

12. Imam Qutubudin Hanafi (988) ne Apni kitab "Al a'alam be A'alam e Baitillahil Haram " main Jashne Milad un Nabi صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ manaane ko jaiz kaha.

13. Imam Ibne Hajar Makki (909 hijri) ne Fatawa Haadisia mein Jashne Milad un Nabi صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ manaane ko jaiz kaha.

14. Shaykh Abdul Haq Muhaddis Dehelwi (958 hijri) ne "Ma sabat minas sunnah " main Jashne Milad un Nabi صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ manaane ko jaiz kaha.

15. Imam Zarqani (1055 hijri) ne "Sharah Mawahibul Laduniya " main Jashne Milad un Nabi صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ manaane ko jaiz kaha.

16. Hazrat Shah Abdur Rahim Dehelwi ne Jashne Milad un Nabi صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ manaane ko jaiz kaha - kitab - "Al dur rus sameen"

17. Shah Waliyyullah Muhaddis Dehelwi (1174 h) ne "Fuyuz ul Haramain " main Jashne Milad un Nabi صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ manaane ko jaiz kaha.

18. Haji Imdadullah Muhajir Makki (1233 h) ne "Shamaim e Imdadiya
Aur Faisala e Haft Mas'ala " mein Jashne Milad un Nabi صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ manaane ko jaiz kaha.

19. Maulana Abdul Hay Lakhnawi (1264 h) ne "Fatawa Abdul Hay" main Jashne Milad un Nabi صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ manane ko jaiz kaha.

20. Aalahazrat azeemul barkat Imam Ahmed Raza (1272) ne Jashn e Eid Miladun Nabi manaane ko jaiz kaha.

1. IMAM JALAALUDDIN SUYUTI رحمۃ اللہ علیہ

IMAM JALAALUDDIN SUYUTI رحمۃ اللہ علیہ FARMATE HAI :
"Mera maukif ye hai ki Rasul e Muazam صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ ka YAWME WILADAT asl mein khushi aur musarrat ka ek aisa mauqa hai jis mein log jama ho kar baqadr e sahulat Quran khwani karte hai. Aur woh un riwayaat ka tazkira karte hai jo Aap صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ ke baare mein manqool ho aur Huzoor Nabi e Kareem صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ ki wiladat e Mubarak ke maujizaat aur khariq ul Aadat waqiyaat ke bayaan par mishtamil ho phir uske baad unki ziyafat unke pasandidah khano se ki jati hai. Woh is bidat e hasana mein kisi izaafa ke bagair laut jaate hai aur is ehtamaam karne wale ko Huzoor صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ ki taazeem ki badaulat aur Aap صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ ke Milad par farhat aur dili musarrat ka izhar karne ki bina par sawaab se nawaza jata hai."

2. MULLA ALI QARI رحمۃ اللہ علیہ - (Fiqh e Hanafi main Mautabar Faqih jinhe Deobandi bhi maante hai.)
Aap ne Jashne Milad un Nabi صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ ke Topic par Kitaab likhi hain

"AL MORID UL RUVI FI MAULIDIN NABI صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ " 

Jiss main 12 Rabbi ul Awal ko Milad un Nabi صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ manane par Jamae guftugu ki hain aur Aap Milad un Nabi صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِ Manane ko Jaiz aur Sawab samajhte hai. Aur Afsos Hanafi Fiqh ke iss Imam ko Deobandi Imam too maante hai magar unke Milad ke maukif ko nahi maante!

Aap ne iss kitaab main Milad manane ka Zikr kiya hain jiss main 12 wi ko Majlis qayam karna, Naat khwani karna, tarah tarah ke khaane pakana, khushi manana, gareebo ko paise dena, Awlma ko jama karna, qariyo ko jama karke Qirat ki mehfil sajana, qism qism ki Naimato ka Ahtamaam karna , qum qume lagana, khushbuye lagana,hazaaro Mishkaal Sona kharch karna, aur bohot se Aamaal joo Jaiz aur Halal hain usse karne ka Zikr farmaya hain.
Deobandi Imaan ke saath Mulla Ali Qari رحمۃ اللہ علیہ ki iss kitab ko padhe aur Hidayat Hasil Kare.


3. MUHADDIS IMAM IBN JAWZI رحمۃ اللہ علیہ (Born 510h - Died 579h)

"MAKKAH MUKARRAMA, MADINA MUNAWWARA, Misr, Shaam, Yamen garz sharq se garb tak BILAADE ARAB ke bashinde Milad un Nabi صلی اللہُ علیہِ و آلہِ وسلمِki mehfile munaqid karte aaye hai. Jab Rabi ul Awwal ka chaand dekhte hai to unki khushi ki inteha nahi rehti chunaanche zikr e Milad padhne aur sunne ka khususi ehtamaam karte hai aur bepanah AJR WA QAMYABI HASIL KARTE HAI."

4. IMAM SHAMSUDDIN AL JUZRI (660H)

"Phir maine (Suyuti) Imam ul Qurra Hafiz Shamsuddin Al Juzri ki kitab "Urfut Tareef Fi Mawlid ashshareef" mein ye ibarat dekhi. Abu Lahab ko marne ke baad khwaab mejn dekha gaya. Usse pucha gaya Ab tera kya haal hai? Kehne laga Aag mein jal raha hu. Taaham har peer ke din mere azaab mein takhfeef kar di jaati hai. Ungli se ishara karte huwe kehne laga ki (har peer ko) meri in dono ungaliyo ke darmiyaan se paani (ka chashma) nikalta hai jisse mein pi leta hu aur ye takhfeef e azaab mere liye is wajeh se hai ki maine Suaiba ko aazaad kiya tha jab usne mujhe Muhammad ki wiladat ki khushkhabri di aur us ne Aap ko doodh bhi pilaya tha. 
Jab Abu Lahab jaise kaafir kabyebhaal hai jis ke baare mein Quran e majeed mein mazammat nazil huwi ki baawajood iske Huzoor Nabi e Kareem ki wiladat ki khushi mein peer ki raat uske azaab mein takhfeef kar di jaati hai to phir IS MUHID (TAUHEED PARAST) UMMATI KA KYA HAAL HOGA JO AAP KI MILAD PAR KHUSHI WA MUSARRAT KA IZHAAR KARE AUR HASBE ISTEDAAD AAP KI MOHABBAT KI WAJEH SE KHARCH KARE. MUJHE APNI UMAR KI QASAM BESHAK IS KI JAZAA RAB E KAREEM ZAROOR DEGA AUR APNE FAZLO KARAM SE USSE JANNAT KI NAIMATO MEIN DAAKHIL KAREGA."

5]. Hafidh Ibn Kathir wrote that:

There was once a King, Abu Sa’eed Malik Muzaffar – a man of good deeds. In his kingdom, wherever he saw a lack of water, he would build a well. He also established many Islamic study centers. Every year, he would spend half a million dinars on hosting a gathering of his people to celebrate the birthday of the Prophet [May Allah bless Him and grant Him peace]

Some people have the opinion that King Abu Sa’eed introduced the celebrating of this occasion. This is not true because Hafidh Ibn Kathir states that in the 5th Century hijree, a King named Malik Shah celebrated it also with a gathering

Yeh toh itne bade munafiq (dogle) hain ki jiski pairvi karte hain uski hi baat nahi maante bas aapni aapni chalate hain....


1)- Ibn Taymiyya likhte hain :
فتعظيم المولد، واتخاذه موسمًا، قد يفعله بعض الناس، ويكون له فيه أجر عظيم لحسن قصده، وتعظيمه لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم

" Is din (milad un nabi ) ko Ehtemam se manana aur is ke Ta'zeem karna ,jaisa ke log karte hain, Hus ne Niyyat aur Huzoor (Sallellahu alaihi wasallam) ki Muhabbat ki Wajah se Ajr e Azeem ka Baa'as ho sakta hai "

2)-Ibn Muhammad bin Abdul Wahhab Najdi, in his book, writes:

“Thuwaiba, who was the freed slave of Abu Lahab fed Rasolallah Sallalalhu ‘alaihi wa sallam milk. Abu Lahab freed Suwaiba at the time when she informed him that a son has been born at your brother’s house. After the death of Abu Lahab he was seen in a dream, in which he said ‘I am in severe punishment but this is lessened on Mondays, he showed his forefinger, and said that he would suck from it. This is so because it was with this finger that I freed Suwaiba when she informed of the birth of the Prophet, and she also fed the Prophet Sallalalhu ‘alaihi wa sallam milk”. Ibn Jawzi states: Abu Lahab is that kaafir who has been specially referred to, in the Qur’an. If such a person can be rewarded for celebrating the Milaad of the Prophet Sallalalhu ‘alaihi wa Sallam, then imagine how great the reward would be for a Muslim when he celebrates it.
